Its primary function is to immerse products in tempered chocolate, ensuring a smooth, consistent coating layer. The process of the chocolate enrobing machine begins with a pre-warming conveyor to prepare items, followed by immersion in a chocolate reservoir. A flow pan creates a controlled chocolate curtain, while a vibrating grid removes excess coating for optimal thickness.
